Testing our Ztechnique stages in our Shanghai Facility
Testing every air end
Every oil free air end produced is tested in our Shanghai manufacturing facility for up to 2 hours duration.
A 'test' certificate is produced for every air end showing the output flow and power used for each performance test.
Air ends do not leave our facility until it's proven we are consistently achieving performance figures within 3% of the OEM claimed output for new Ztechnique elements and within 5% of OEM claimed output for refurbished OEM air ends.

Our rotor cutting equipment is capable of producing high quality right first time components for our oil free Ztechnique products.
Our air ends fit seamlessly to Atlas Copco 'Z' compressed air equipment and compressors using GHH air ends.

Quality control is extremely important in the manufacture of oil free compressor elements or air ends as sometimes referred too
Tolerances are often only 20 to 50 micron, errors made at the manufacturing stage will show up dramatically when the products are tested.

Warranty & Support
Warranty is crucial to buyer confidence, therefore we have a 'no quibble' policy when it comes to warranty claims.*
In the event of a warranty claim we track back to your completed commissioning form and take the next steps to getting a replacement air end to you as fast as possible.
Once your damaged air end has been returned we undertake a complete inspection and report on the cause of the failure.

Training
If you require oil free service and overhaul training we can assist you with UK based training courses tailored to your needs.
We run Z and ND MD training classes several times per year. Our training will enable your engineers to be capable of service & overhaul actions that cover 2000 , 4000, 8000, 16,000, 40,000 & 80,000 hour requirements.
